Your daily briefing is a short summary from Cia of what matters today across your Chapters. It helps you decide where to start without opening each Chapter.
What's in a briefing
A briefing draws on your Goals, your Schedule, and the Sources you've connected. It may include:
the Actions and Habits due today
anything on your calendar that could clash with them
your sleep or recovery records, if you've connected a Source that provides them
one recommended Action, with the reason Cia chose it
Cia shows where each record came from and says when something is missing. If you haven't connected a Source, the briefing works from what you've told Cia.
What a briefing isn't
A briefing describes your day. It doesn't score you, rate your Chapters, or judge how yesterday went. If Cia points out that two things changed at the same time, that is a connection in your records. It isn't proof that one caused the other.
When you get it
Your briefing arrives at a time you choose, through the way to talk to Cia you prefer. You can also ask for one at any time: "What does today look like?"
To change when it arrives, update your check-in schedule. See How to Set Your Check-In Schedule with Cia.
Acting on your briefing
Every suggestion in a briefing waits for you. Accept it, change it, or skip it. Nothing is added to Today until you confirm it.
Turning it off
If you'd rather not get a briefing, remove it from your check-in schedule. You can still open Today whenever you like.
