Your life isn't a collection of separate problems
A Life Area is one tracked part of your life that Balencia scores on its own and then reads against all the others. There are eight of them, and the point is the space between them: the Life Correlation Matrix measures which areas move together, so a problem can be addressed where it starts rather than where it shows up.
How the parts fit together
From what you log to what you do next
Five stages, each doing one job. The stage that matters most is the fourth — comparing areas against each other is what separates this from eight trackers in one app.
01
Life Areas
Eight parts of life, each scored separately so none of them disappears into a general sense of how things are going.
Sleep, Workout, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Growth, Finance, People and Feminine Health.
02
Signals
What you log, plus what a connected wearable syncs. Balencia only ever reads what you have given it.
Hours slept, sessions trained, meals logged, mood checked in.
03
Patterns
Each area is scored over time — and the score is withheld while coverage is too thin to be honest about.
A thin area returns no data rather than a confident-looking number.
04
Insights
The Life Correlation Matrix compares areas against each other to find which ones actually move together.
Sleep carries to wellbeing at 0.60, the strongest relationship Balencia measures.
05
Actions
Cia Coach turns the strongest relationship into one next step, sized to be kept.
A wind-down time — not a list of ten habits to start on Monday.
The eight areas
Each one scored on its own, then read against the rest
Every area has its own page: what Balencia tracks there, how it works, what it will not do, and which other areas it measurably moves with.
The strongest single signal Balencia measures — and the one that moves the most elsewhere.

The Life Correlation Matrix
The strongest relationships Balencia measures
These are baseline strengths that your own history refines over time. They are correlations: the two areas are measured moving together, and which one leads is not something the number settles.
| Relationship | Strength | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| SleeptoWellbeing | 0.60 | Better sleep is the strongest single lift to wellbeing that Balencia measures. |
| SleeptoWorkout | 0.55 | Sleep predicts training capacity more than training predicts sleep. |
| WorkouttoWellbeing | 0.50 | Movement is one of the most reliable lifts to mood that Balencia measures. |
| GrowthtoSleep | 0.50 | Sleep is a stronger predictor of focused work than most working-hours changes. |
| NutritiontoWorkout | 0.45 | Eating well is the strongest non-sleep input to training capacity. |
| WellbeingtoWorkout | 0.45 | Feeling better makes training more likely, and the reverse is stronger still. |
A pattern Balencia can surface, not a causal claim. These areas are measured moving together — which one leads is not something the data settles.
What Balencia is not
Balencia is a coaching and tracking tool, not a medical device or a licensed professional. Cia Coach does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or give regulated financial or legal advice, and it is not a crisis service. Use it alongside qualified professionals, not instead of them.
Each Life Area page states its own limits as well — what that specific area will not do, and when to involve a professional instead.
Start with one area. The rest connect on their own.
Add the areas you care about. Balencia scores them, and shows the connections once there is enough history to be honest about them.
