Third-Party Services
One third-party service can set cookies on our pages, and only after you accept analytics. It has its own privacy policy governing its use of cookies:
- Google Analytics: Web analytics for how pages are found and used. Google's script is NOT loaded — your browser makes no request to Google and Google sets no cookie. After you accept, Balencia collects the page views itself and our server shares them with Google Analytics in aggregate: no IP address, no user agent, no account, and addresses without query strings or record IDs. Ad personalisation is switched off.
- Stripe: Checkout happens on Stripe's own pages, which set their own cookies there under Stripe's policy — not on Balencia's pages.

Withdrawing
Turning analytics off deletes the balencia-analytics-id and the vid cookie from this browser, erases the visit records we hold for it, and expires any legacy Google Analytics cookies left from before we removed their script.
Policy Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you through the Platform.
