How Balencia works
Balencia is an Life OS: it tracks the parts of your life in one place, scores each one honestly, reads them against each other, and turns the strongest signal into a single next step. Five stages, in order.
You record what is happening
Log workouts, meals, sleep, mood, money, work and the people who matter — by hand, or by connecting Whoop, Fitbit, Google Calendar or Spotify. What you record is what Balencia knows; nothing is inferred from sources you did not connect.
Each Life Area is scored — or honestly left blank
Every Life Area gets its own score. When there is not enough signal it returns no data rather than a confident-looking number, and the overall balance score stays withheld until coverage is sufficient. This is the single rule that makes the rest trustworthy.
The Life Correlation Matrix reads them against each other
Balencia holds measured relationships between areas — sleep to wellbeing at 0.60, sleep to workouts at 0.55, finance to wellbeing at −0.45. It starts from these baselines and refines them against your own history, so the connections become yours rather than generic.
Cia Coach turns the strongest signal into one Action
Rather than a list of everything you could improve, you get one next Action tied to the outcome it is expected to move — and the reason it was chosen. The Second Mind keeps context across conversations so you are not re-explaining yourself.
Progress shows what actually changed
Progress is evidence over time, not a verdict on you. Streaks and Milestones mark what you kept; the trend shows whether the change held.
