Balencia is a second mind for your whole life. You tell it what you want to change, and it helps you see what's getting in the way and what to do next.
Instead of treating sleep, work, money, health, and relationships as separate problems, Balencia helps you understand how they fit together. It turns that context into practical guidance while keeping you in control of every decision.
One life, not a stack of apps
Most apps look after one part of your life. A workout app sees your workouts. A budgeting app sees your spending. Neither can see that your late workouts might be pushing back your bedtime, or that a rough week at work shows up in what you eat.
Balencia looks across all of it. Your life is organised into Chapters, such as Movement, Food, Sleep, Peace, Faith, Growth, Wealth, People, and Feminine Health. You can also add a Chapter of your own. Balencia connects what's happening in each Chapter to the Goals you care about.
You can begin with one Goal and the Chapters it touches. Add Notes, Journal entries, or connected Sources only when they provide useful context.
How it works
Start with a Goal. For example, "Keep a consistent sleep schedule." Your Goal gives Balencia a clear outcome to support.
Balencia brings in the Chapters involved. A sleep Goal might touch Movement, Food, and Peace too. You can see the wider context without creating a separate Goal in every Chapter.
Cia reads the records together. Cia is Balencia's AI coach. It looks at what you've shared and what your connected Sources bring in. It can also use your Notes, Journal, Plans, Actions, and Habits as context.
Cia explains what seems to be in the way and recommends one useful Action. When records appear connected, Cia can show you the evidence. A connection is an association, not proof that one thing caused another.
You decide. Accept the suggestion, change it, or ignore it. Then see your Progress over time and adjust your approach when your circumstances change.
What Balencia is not
Not a scorecard. Balencia doesn't score your life, your Chapters, or you. Progress is there to help you learn, not to grade you.
Not a doctor or financial adviser. Cia coaches. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give regulated advice. Professional decisions still belong with the appropriate qualified person.
Not automatic. Nothing is created, sent, scheduled, or shared until you confirm it. Cia can prepare a suggestion, but you choose whether it becomes part of your life.
Where to use it
Balencia is available on the web now, and on Android through Google Play. An iPhone app is planned.
You can start without a wearable or another connected app. Tell Cia what you are working toward, add the Chapters that matter, and record information directly. If you later connect Sources, Balencia can use those records to add context to the picture you have already started building.
