Aluna is the part of the Feminine Health Chapter where you keep your own records about your cycle, symptoms, medications, appointments, and pregnancy. It is private by default, and you decide who else can see it, Cia included.
What you can keep in Aluna
Cycle records: when each period starts and ends, shown on a calendar and timeline.
Daily logs: flow, pain, spotting, cramps, mood notes, and symptoms you choose or add yourself.
Period estimates: a rough guide to when your next period may start, based on the history you've logged. It is always an estimate.
Pregnancy records: notes and measurements you want to keep in one place for your care team.
Medications and appointments: your list, your schedule, and optional reminders.
Reports: a summary of the records you choose, ready to bring to a clinician.
How Aluna fits with the rest of Balencia
Feminine Health is one of your Chapters, and Aluna lives inside it. If you give permission, Cia can look at Aluna alongside your Sleep, Food, Movement, or Peace records. For example, it might point out that your sleep was shorter in the days before your period. That is a connection in your records, not proof that one caused the other.
Without your permission, Cia doesn't read Aluna at all.
What Aluna is not
Aluna organises what you record. It doesn't diagnose, treat, predict fertility, advise on contraception, or guide a pregnancy. For any of those, speak to a qualified clinician.
Adding the Chapter
Open Feminine Health (Aluna) when it is available to your eligible account.
