Aluna helps you keep and organise your own Feminine Health records. It doesn't diagnose, treat, predict fertility, advise on contraception, or guide a pregnancy.
What Aluna does
Keeps your cycle, symptom, medication, appointment, and pregnancy records in one private place
Shows your records on a calendar and timeline
Gives an estimate of when your next period may start, clearly labelled as an estimate
Shows how your logged symptoms and cycles have changed over time
Creates a report of the records you choose, for you to bring to a clinician
With your permission, lets Cia see connections between your Feminine Health records and your other Chapters
What Aluna doesn't do
Aluna doesn't | What to do instead |
|---|---|
Diagnose a condition or explain a symptom | Speak to a clinician |
Recommend, start, stop, or change a treatment or medication | Speak to your clinician or pharmacist |
Predict when you're fertile | Speak to a clinician about fertility |
Advise on contraception, or act as contraception | Speak to a clinician or sexual health service |
Tell you whether something in pregnancy is safe or normal | Contact your midwife, doctor, or maternity unit |
Cia follows the same limits
Cia is a coach, not a doctor. When you talk to Cia about Feminine Health, it can help you organise records, prepare questions for an appointment, or adjust a Plan in another Chapter. It won't diagnose or give medical advice.
If you need urgent help
Contact your local emergency services. Balencia is not an emergency service.
