On this page
During pregnancy, you can use Aluna to keep your records organised in one private place. It is for record keeping only. Aluna doesn't give pregnancy advice, check whether something is safe, or replace your midwife, doctor, or care team.
What you can keep
Your pregnancy details: the stage you're at, as you record it.
Measurements: readings such as weight or blood pressure that you want to note down for your care team.
Appointments: dates, notes, and any files from each visit.
Birth preferences: a written plan you can edit and discuss with your care team.
A hospital bag checklist you can change as you go.
Vaccination records for your own reference.
Counting and timing tools
Aluna may offer simple tools to count movements or time contractions. These only record what you enter. They don't tell you whether something is normal or whether you need care.
When to get help
If you're worried about anything in your pregnancy, contact your midwife, doctor, or maternity unit. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Balencia is not an emergency service, and neither Aluna nor Cia can judge whether you need urgent care.
Pausing other Goals
Pregnancy can change what you want from your other Chapters. You can pause any Habit, Plan, or Streak, and a pause is never counted as failure.
