On this page
Cia can read, explain, and suggest on its own. It can't create, change, send, schedule, or share anything until you confirm it.
What Cia does without asking
Within the permissions you've given, Cia can:
read the records related to your question, including connected Sources
explain what seems to be in the way, and show the records behind the answer
recommend a Goal, Plan, Action, Habit, or reminder
remind you about Actions and check in on the schedule you set
What always needs your confirmation
Cia asks first before it:
creates a Goal, Plan, Action, Habit, Commitment, or reminder
changes a Schedule, moves an Action, or edits a Plan
marks an Action or Habit as done
sends a message, for example on WhatsApp or to a Partner
shares anything with a Partner, Team, Community, or Challenge
writes to a connected Source, such as adding an event to your calendar
You'll see what Cia wants to do and can accept it, change it first, or say no.
What Cia never does
Cia doesn't take points away, damage a Streak, or post an Update because you skipped an Action. A skipped Action stays in your history as a fact, nothing more.
Private Chapters
Aluna is private by default. Cia's access to other sensitive context follows your privacy and AI-consent choices.
Changing your mind
You can undo or edit anything you've confirmed. Open the Goal, Action, or Habit and choose edit, or ask Cia to change it.
