Memory is what Balencia and Cia keep about you so you don't have to repeat yourself. Every Memory shows where it came from, and you can correct or remove any of them.
What goes into Memory
Memory holds the facts and preferences that help Cia coach you. For example:
"Prefers morning workouts."
"Sister's birthday is in March."
"Trying to spend less on takeaways."
"Fasting this month."
These come from your conversations with Cia, the records you add, and the Sources you've connected.
Why it helps
Without Memory, every conversation would start from nothing. With it, Cia can pick up where you left off, remember what you've already tried, and avoid suggesting something you've told it doesn't work for you.
Memory is part of the Second Mind, the passive side of Balencia that keeps track of your records and how they relate.
You stay in control
You can see it. Open Memory to review what Balencia has kept.
You can see where it came from. Each Memory shows its source, such as a conversation with Cia or a connected Source.
You can correct it. If something is out of date or wrong, change it.
You can remove it. Delete a Memory and Cia stops using it.
Private Chapters
Aluna is private by default. Cia's access to other sensitive context depends on the privacy and AI-consent choices you make in Settings and inside the feature.
