The current interface uses Insights, Knowledge Graph, Life OS, and Whole life to show how records from different Life Areas may relate. Older copy called this idea Connections and Insights.
Connections can use records you add and supported integrations you choose to connect. An Insight should identify the records or period behind it and should not claim that one event caused another.
Use Activity for the underlying timeline, Activity status for the current view, and Life OS or Whole life for cross-area context. Ask Cia Coach to explain an Insight in plain language.
