Your recovery records can change alongside many parts of your day, from late training to a stressful week at work. Cia looks across your Chapters to find the patterns that show up for you.
Patterns Cia may notice
Sleep and... | Example of a pattern in your records |
|---|---|
Movement | Late evening workouts on the same nights as later bedtimes |
Food | Late dinners lining up with less sleep |
Peace | Higher stress check-ins in weeks with shorter nights |
Growth | Lower focus on days after a short night |
People | Short nights lining up with less time with friends or family |
These are examples. Cia looks at your own records, so your patterns may be different.
Association, not cause
A pattern shows that two things changed together. It doesn't prove that one caused the other. A late workout and a late bedtime might both come from a long working day. Cia will tell you which records it used, what was missing, and how sure it is.
Peace is private by default. Cia only uses your mood, energy, and stress records with your permission.
Trying a change
If a pattern looks worth testing, ask Cia to help you try one change for a week or two. For example:
Talk to Cia and ask: "What could I try to protect my bedtime?"
Review the suggested Action, such as moving two evening workouts to the morning.
Accept it, change it, or skip it.
After a while, look at your sleep history again to see what changed.
