Every record, Memory, and Insight in Balencia shows where it came from. If Cia tells you something, you can check the records behind it.
Where a record can come from
You, when you add a meal, a Note, a Mood check-in, or a File
A conversation with Cia, when you tell Cia something worth remembering
A connected Source, such as a wearable, Google Calendar, or Spotify
Checking a record
Open the record, Memory, or Insight.
Look for its source and date.
If it came from a Source, you'll see which one.
Checking an Insight or a suggestion from Cia
Every answer from Cia shows the records behind it, where they came from, and what Cia couldn't know. An Insight also shows the date range it covers and any missing data. This helps you judge how much weight to give it.
What to do if something is wrong
A record is wrong. Open it and correct it.
A Memory is out of date. Correct it or delete it.
A Source is sending bad data. Check the Source, or disconnect it. See How to Fix a Source That Isn't Syncing.
You don't want a Source's data at all. Disconnect it, then delete the records it brought in if you want them gone.
Seeing what each Source brings in
To see what a particular Source sends to Balencia and which Chapters it reaches, see What Data Does a Source Bring Into Balencia?.
