If balencia.ai won't open, shows a blank page, or stops partway, work through these steps in order. Most loading problems are fixed by the first three.
Try these steps
Refresh the page.
Check your internet connection. Open another website to make sure you're online.
Update your browser. Balencia works best in the latest version of your browser.
Sign out and back in.
Open a private or incognito window and sign in there. If Balencia works there, a browser extension or stored data is likely the cause.
Turn off browser extensions one at a time, especially ad blockers and privacy extensions, then reload.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies for balencia.ai, then sign in again.
Try a different browser or device.
If only part of Balencia isn't working

Use the Android app in the meantime
If you have an Android phone, you can keep using Balencia in the app while the web issue is sorted out. Your account is the same in both.

Report it so the team can look into it. Include:
the browser and version you're using
your device and operating system
what you see, such as a blank page or an error message
a screenshot, if you can
